With more than 30 years of experience spanning banking, financial technology, and capital markets, Alexander brings both the strategic vision and the operational discipline required to execute Klevo's announced programme of regulatory licence acquisitions, the stablecoin trial, and the Company's broader digital asset infrastructure build. He was appointed to the board in May 2024 and has served as CEO since September 2024

Maitreyee Khire has been central to the development of Klevo's technology platform and governance infrastructure for over a decade. As founder of Makari & Co and a Certified Practising Accountant, Bakous brings the financial discipline and governance depth the Company requires as it executes a programme of regulatory acquisitions and scales its payments platform. He has also served in public life as a Councillor of the City of Parramatta and as Deputy Lord Mayor — experience that underscores his commitment to accountability and institutional integrity.

Andrew Shi joined the Klevo Board as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer in June 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience across banking, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital markets. In his role, Andrew is responsible for strategic growth opportunities, capital allocation, and corporate development — providing the investment and transaction expertise that Klevo's proposed regulatory acquisition programme and long-term platform strategy require.
