David Vinson brings decades of senior leadership experience across financial services, digital commerce and corporate governance. As Executive Chairman of Klevo Group Limited, he oversees the strategic direction of the Company and brings the governance rigour and institutional perspective required of a regulated digital asset financial platform. David has previously served as an executive director of a publicly listed Australian company and has worked extensively across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.

CEO and Managing Director

Alexander Gold is the CEO and Managing Director of Klevo Group Limited. With more than 30 years of experience spanning banking, financial technology and capital markets, Alexander leads the Company's strategy as a regulated digital asset financial platform operating through its wholly owned subsidiary, Fly Wallet Pty Ltd. He brings both strategic vision and operational discipline to the Company's licence portfolio, card programmes and digital asset infrastructure. Alexander was appointed to the Board in May 2024 and has served as CEO since September 2024.

Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer

Bakous Makari joined the Klevo Board as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer in May 2026, bringing over 30 years of experience advising private businesses, high-net-worth clients and emerging growth companies on accounting, taxation, corporate structuring and commercial strategy. As founder of Makari & Co and a Certified Practising Accountant, Bakous brings the financial discipline and governance depth the Company requires as it grows its regulated payments platform. He has also served in public life as a Councillor of the City of Parramatta and as Deputy Lord Mayor - experience that underscores his commitment to accountability and institutional integrity.

Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer

Andrew Shi joined the Klevo Board as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer in June 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience across banking, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets. Andrew is responsible for strategic growth opportunities, capital allocation and corporate development, providing the investment and transaction expertise that Klevo's licence acquisitions and long-term platform strategy require. His appointment reflects the Board's commitment to institutional-quality leadership.

Maitreyee Khire has been central to the development of Klevo's technology platform and governance infrastructure for more than 15 years. As Company Secretary and a member of the key management team, she oversees corporate governance and ASX disclosure and works closely with the Board and executive team on the Company's strategy. Her deep knowledge of the Company's systems, regulatory history and operations brings valuable continuity as Klevo grows its regulated digital asset financial platform.

Ramanathan Karuppiah is Chief Compliance Officer and a Responsible Manager of Fly Wallet Pty Ltd, Klevo's wholly owned subsidiary. A specialist in financial crime compliance and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF), Ramanathan leads compliance across Klevo's licensed financial services, payments and digital asset activities, bringing the expertise required of a regulated digital asset financial platform.
